Rasha Thadani Gets Her First Tattoo Inspired by Mom Raveena Tandon

Rasha Thadani, daughter of actress Raveena Tandon and film distributor Anil Thadani, made her acting debut earlier this year in the period action drama Azaad. The film also marked the debut of Ajay Devgn’s nephew, Aaman Devgan. Rasha gained attention with her dance performance in the song “Uyi Amma” and has now added a new milestone — getting her first tattoo.

A video shared by Mumbai-based tattoo studio Kraayonz shows Rasha getting inked under the watchful eye of her mother, Raveena Tandon. She chose a butterfly tattoo featuring a Trishul at its center, placed on the back of her neck. The video’s caption reads, “When talent runs in the family — Rasha Thadani’s first ink at our studio, following in mom Raveena Tandon’s footsteps (and tattoos!).”

In the clip, Rasha admits her mother inspired her to get a tattoo, saying, “Yeah, definitely my mother’s comfort with getting tattoos has inspired me. But I’ve always wanted one.” Raveena herself has three tattoos — a scorpion near her heart, the names of her children on her back, and paw prints on her hands.

As for their careers, Rasha has yet to announce her next project. Meanwhile, Raveena Tandon’s upcoming film Welcome To The Jungle is scheduled for release. The multi-starrer third installment of the Welcome franchise also stars Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Jackie Shroff, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, and others.
